2019 Double locker floor collapses- really!

Just coming up on your 1st year with our 2019 30’ International Serenity. Last month the refrigerator door panel fell apart (still needs repair) and on this trip about 225 miles the double locker floor collapses (see photo) - really! What has happened to the so called quality? Anyone else have this happen to them? Just had a case of water bottles, the vacuum and a few other items.Click image for larger version

Our closet isn't large enough for a case of water bottles, but that would be pretty heavy. We don't put anything nearly that heavy in that area. I'm not sure how much weight that floor is designed to hold. If they bounced around that could make it worse.

I might add the following comments about the locker floor construction. If you look at the picture the entire left side was not attached or secured to the left side wall, the back was attached with 2 small screws and the right side was attached with 3 small screws to the right wall. As you can see these 3 screws were attach to the very bottom edge of the right wall, about 1/8” from the bottom edge. So they just ripped out. Also there is no support from the bottom. Very poor construction for sure. I have this in with AS for warranty repair, but once I get her back I plan to reinforce the construction.
