We got ours too yesterday.

Just got back from Elkmont campground in Smokey Mountains. Very nice. No electric or water or cell service in camp but weather was nice a cool at night allowing us to sleep with windows open. Turkeys going thru campground in am. A male and his harem. Bob tried fly fishing for trout and did catch one! Beautiful scenery and some of the trees were starting to turn.

Word of advice. Do not use gps to get to campground. Use directions thru pigeon forge or gatlinburg as stated on website. (There is nothing on the website warning you NOT to use any other entrance!). We came by gps on very narrowing winding roads and missed the sign saying no trailers for bridge ahead. Got there and couldn't turn around. Had to have ranger come and give us permission to go over one lane bridge with sharp 90 degree turn. Made it by an inch to spare. He was not very nice about allowing us across. Had to swear we would "never come this way again!"). Another nicer ranger told us it happens all the time but they were a little wary as someone recently took out the whole side of his trailer and part of the bridge and it just had been repaired.
I will say that we can now maneuver the trailer and F250 thru just about anything!

Smile What Pendelton national park blankets did you get?

So I was wondering. Did everyone get the same Pendelton national park blanket and towel set? We got the Badlands. Anyone get something different?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Ditto. I believe they were all sent with that color so it matched the awning colors.

Yup, same here. Badlands, which we crossed off our "need to visit" list this fall. It is a pretty spectacular park. Nice to visit in the cooler Fall weather.

GinaNBob - That photo of your bear is too cute. I guess we didn't all get the same accessories since we have deemed our bear (named Olive) a female.

All Airstream trailers are. Just depends on the size and type of system you want to determine if you will use it or go for larger cabling.

Hey, thanks to everyone for replying. Guess everyone got the Badlands decor.
Our trailer is now winterized and waiting to go into storage. Can't wait for spring!

Pendleton decor

If you look at just the replacement value of just the Pendleton supplied goodies then the trailer doesn't seem like such a great buy. However, the interior and of course the badges on what is basically the Eddie Bauer frame/shell make it a complete package. We've bought some stuff from Pendleton so we can have different accessories that motif.
We love the Pendleton and can't wait to get back on the road soon!!! Maybe see ya' out there.

The Pendleton is the best looking most impressive Airstream has produced since the 75th Anniversary, even IF it has fake wood. It's fake wood done RIGHT. A beautiful trailer.

Huh? A little late to the party aren't you by quoting a post that is more than a year old just to say you don't like something? That's just plain weird. Go troll somewhere else.

I did stay in Pendleton last summer and took the tour of the mill, did buy some more Pendleton stuff for my EB.
I'm living with wool and goose down in harmony.

I did ask the tour guide & the checkout clerk if there had been any Airstream rallies there yet. Only one of the two knew about the Pendleton edition, no rally yet.
