But seriously, it's looking great. Shes very shiny and tall. Nice job.

Hey Dark.. you inspired me today.

Problem.. new service truck doesnt fit in the garage. Hmmmm thinking of solution. The garage is wide enough.. and the overall length is about 3 feet more than necessary. What to do? Yep.. you guessed it. Lift the shop a couple feet higher with a new cripple wall. If you can raise and airstream I can raise a garage.

Cheers Vinnie

I like it! I did a carport with four 20t jacks from SAMs club.

Just be sure you add enough shear support for those little wiggles in the San Andreas.

Nice job on the door.

Could you imagine if this was retail? Start date 5/9/11 (approx 6 mos) 30 days per month (8 hours per day conservative ) 1440 hours @ $90.00 per hour?

$130,000.00 and counting

Nah.. that cant be right?

cuz there's materials too

So thanks for taking us along with you!
You might consider a tip jar at this point?
Your work is amazing and we cant wait to see what you do with the inside.

Vinnie

We don't pay robots. They are our slaves. The three laws will make sure of that. Although I'm pretty sure Siri is secretly plotting my demise.

Ok Iv been screwing around in the busoshere today looking at buses for sale and I love the looks of the 50's bus but want the guts/space of a 90's bus.

Then I came across a site where a company reskins the transit busses into motorhome shells.... When they are naked they are just space frames...

Eagle,New Frame Up

....then a quick flip over to airparts to see that they offer 2024T3 Alcald in up to .125 and I had a really bad idea...

What if.... there was a polished 45' DD8v71 Airstreamish bus??

She will be called "The Death Star"

Interesting; I was looking for a new bumper for the Sovereign yesterday and found that you can use one from an old Grumman. Whilst Googling around I accidentally started wondering about how a stretched 60's Grumman might look....
