I would concur with the above conclusion. There doesn't appear to be any badges, serial number plates anywhere. And some of the finish details at corners and the frame look pretty sketchy.

Interesting. Agree it is homemade. Looks functional but not a thing of beauty. Have you met the owner? Neatly trimmed grass says it hasn't been abandoned.

I have not yet met the owner. It was recently moved from an overgrown lot to this location. I’m going to try to find out more information on it.
