Arrive today and tonight enjoy a baked potato bar provided by Tom and Shirley followed by Campfire
Start your day as early as you wish drive to Clarinda take in as little or all you decide.
8:15 Scholarship Competition - High school auditorium
Glenn Miller Birthplace Mueseum opens (hours 10-6 pm)
Vendor Fair and Town Square Shops (hours 11am - 7pm)
Nodaway Valley Museum opens (hours 1pm-4pm)
Dinner enjoy one of Clarinda's fine restaurants.
8 pm Shades of Blue - A Free Concert - on the Town Square
Drive up to Corning
Tour Icarian French Village entry $5.00 per person

Lunch on your own, enjoy the tenderloin sandwich voted #2 in Iowa, Three C's Diner
Taste International Wines at the Floating Vine.
Vineyard tour, wine samples, and keepsake glass $5.00
(Shirley needs a head count by May 27th)
Or if wine not your cup of tea possibly dine at the Fickle Frog.
Corning also home to Johnny Carson Birthplace, and Corning Opera house.
(Opera house is by appointment - who would be interested in touring?)
8pm Back at Camp Grounds
For those wishing to participate, "Let Our Streams Glo" with a lighted open-house tour.
Plan for lighting your trailer, and a flashlight
Will be trying to get a invite out in local towns.
Enjoy the Lake or take in some more of the music festival in Clarinda
Or possibly sites in surrounding towns Bedford home to the Taylor County museum.
Stanford home to Folgers tea cup water tower and Swedish history.
6pm Back at the lake for our Catered Barbecue meal.
8pm Optional Cafe Rouge Dance - Sounds from the 40's complete with commercials and war announcements $20.00 advance tickets required.
Or relax and enjoy a Campfire at the Lake.
