This Retrofit Kit, supplied here exactly as its sold by ZipDee, is for converting a standard ZipDee contour awning to
12v electric awning.
Most of the parts were pulled off my new 2022 International 25FB when I converted the electric awning to manual, only used a couples times . I took those parts and ordered the rest needed new from ZipDee to make a complete Relax
12v Electronic Retrofit Kit. It comes with everything listed in the relax
12v electronic contour hardware pdf, except for the Optional Remote Control Package, which is how ZipDee sells the 12v Electronic Retrofit Kit for 3,790 currently.

I include all the rivets including bulb tite necessary to install but I'd recommend having your own healthy supply of rivets just in case. You will also need a tube of exterior Airstream sealant for attaching the brackets.
Condition, As described above most of the parts came off my new 2022 International 25FB and were used a couple times, therefor I would describe them as "used like new". All of the parts and motors worked perfectly. Although in great cosmetic condition there might be blemish here or there.
