Requirements:

* Strong frame (no rust)
* No soft spots
* No projects larger than replacing floor and interior
* No mold

Preferences
* Reassurance of reliable electrical
* Solid sub-floor
* Clean

Price range is $3,500 - $12,000.

Low end ($3,500) being a gutted trailer with solid frame and no soft spots / water damage.

High end ($12,000) being an almost complete renovation.
