Updated image to be more accurate - it is a 12VDC/3000W/120VAC unit not a 24VDC as the previous photo indicated.

Yup - I've seen that video. I'm opting for the new Multiplus II that is designed specifically for the 50A rigs. Additionally, the additional switch required in Jared's video is out of stock until late June or July but thanks for the suggestion!

No problem, just wanted to make sure you knew. I also bought the same unit for my 50 amp set up. it is sitting in my shop right now as I am putting together the rest of the solar setup. I was reviewing Jared's video yesterday and noticed someone commented on the new Multiplus II. I wish I would have known that was coming out, I would have waited and bought that one also. I must have bought one of the last switches because I got mine right away. Did you watch the video from last year?, or the new one from February. He switched to a manual switch because of the unreliability of the auto switch. Doesn't really matter if you are going to get the new unit anyway, just talking out loud.
