The all new 2021 Holiday House 27RQ is a retro designed Rv trailer that was originally manufactured from
1959 1962. These trailers were all built with that classic signature "World View Wrap Around Windows up front . It's a high end retro designed trailer with modern amenities. One piece composite flooring is water resistant and 50 lighter then plywood. The chassis, roof, walls and floor structure are all made of aluminum, super lite weight, similar to an Airstream . Trailer sustained minor damage from a shed that collapsed onto the drivers side see pic's. Everything is in perfect working order, A/C, Radio, Lights, refrigerator, stove etc etc etc. This trailer was a dealer demo model that was never cooked in or slept in. Sorry NO trades.
