SOLD: 1988 Airstream Excella - Virginia

Up for your consideration is a 29 1988 Excella 1000 with side bath and rear bedroom configuration. After a long search for a rear bedroom Airstream we purchased this travel trailer in 2020 with plans on doing minor repairs needed and putting it to use until we found a smaller rear bedroom model soon after that was more to our liking. The camper has a few scrapes and dings but presents well and the 4 zip dee awnings are in good shape with no rips or tears.The interior appears to be basically original, the AC is old but actually works great, the fridge appears new and never used and cools perfectly, the lights function aside from a few bulbs needing replacements. The propane has not been tested and the hot water heater will need to be replaced as it appears the PO did not winterize it but the rest of the plumbing is cpvc or pex and works until it leaks at the water heater. Tires were replaced by PO and do not show any wear or dry rot and the factory Alcoa wheels just need a polish.The exterior lights work also and as of now it would need 2 batteries to operate off of shore power but it is currently plugged in and may charge up. The camper has extensive documentation and receipts from the PO and pulls great. Title in hand .
