that has been completely renovated and is ready for the road! All newer awnings ZipDee Sunbrella , Fantastic Fans 2, w/ rain sensors , LED lighting and also replaced the front power jack and the dump valves. The only remaining fixtures in the coach that remained were the refrigerator/cabinet and the shower tub everything else was subject to demo/removal. We removed the furnace altogether and have a electric fireplace and a vintage space heater for cooler nights. Kraftmaid cabinets with soft close drawers, a corian countertop with high end sink, a separate filtered water supply, a microwave and a 3 burner gas range no oven...the toaster oven is included,however. The large, heavy sofa in the front of the coach has been replaced with a Frontgate wicker unit that include 2 more pieces not pictured that make for a circle I have a round table/cushion that fills the center for another large sleeping area. The bathroom includes a custom made teak vanity with low profile sink and the shower has soda lite tile installed. The bathroom enclosure material is made of a lightweight corrugated plastic 1/2"thick that is lightweight but sturdy with a sliding pocket door. The large closets and many upper cabinets were removed to open up the space the couch area consists of 2 Kraftmaid cabinets, on end, that were installed with a hingeto open and access the plumbing fixtures. The queen bed has storage underneath and a foam mattress topper on top of a foam mattress! The area is topped off with another flatscreen, with a second Bluetooth DVD player...and an LED lantern. Mid coach, we have another tiled counter atop to cabinets with doors that use a spring latch to remain open for additional eating space. Beside that counter is a 12 bottle, dual zone wine cooler w/ light . Wireless TPMS set up that provides a readout on each of the 6 trailer tires temp/pressure . The ACwas new 15K BTU and has the EasyStart added so it can run on a 2000 watt generator. The trailer comes with a 12K pound Equalizer hitch that distributed our travel ready towing set up with 4400/4540/7640 lbs at front/drive/trailer not bad for a 34' triple axle Airstream and the triples pull very well! Since acquiring the trailer in 2013, the following is what s been done not inclusive of everything :
