The tires, brakes, shocks and axles are all new, the aluminum skin is bright and shiny, and all three awnings are in excellent condition. The subfloor is solid, paint and vinyl flooring are brand new, new propane fireplace, new toilet, and new light and plumbing fixtures. Includes new dinette with ample storage that converts to a full bed and middle bedroom with a twin bed.
