Furrion 15.5 k Air conditioner with wall mounted thermostat.

Dometic refer gas and electric.

Subarban 30 K BTU heater with bug proof intake.

LED ceiling lighting.

Paralax 45 Amp panel/rectifier.

3 Dometic Fan tastic vent/fans.

Interior cabinet latches.

Deadbolt latch on exterior door.

Dometic ceramic elongated toilet.

Window hardware and weatherstripping.

Carbon monoxide and Smoke detector.

2 30 pound LPG tanks with Marshall auto changover regulator and cover.

Some new upholstery.

Parts included and not installed :

Garnet SeeLevel II 2 tank sensors and monitor, Wood flooring from Costco, Bathroom and kitchen faucets, LG combo microwave and toaster, Window and door screen material.
