Build-ready 1969 Airstream Overlander for sale – gutted and ready to go. Listed below is all work completed to this point.
-Shell pulled from chassis to address frame and floor
-Frame welded and painted
-New axles and tires
-New sub-floor
-Two new solar panels mounted and wire pulled
-All wire pulled and roughed in
-Exterior patches finished
-New insulation
-New All-Clad aluminum interior skin
-Teak style flooring used in the new Airstreams
-Two new Fantastic vents installed
Along with the work listed above, the running lights are restored and fully functioning. As expected for a trailer this age, the exterior skin shows some standard oxidation and clear coat separation, which our polishing professionals can restore to a full shine. Before insulation and interior skin replacement, the seams were fully sealed. Underneath, any rust on the chassis was addressed through sectioning and replacement before a corrosion resistant top coat was applied. At the front, the rock guard is in great shape. All of the critical components have been inspected, rebuilt, replaced, and restored by our highly skilled team to create this build-ready unit.
