1971 27' Overlander
Over all decent condition. Both back top corners are dented in.
New Dometic toilet. Replaced the supply, bypass, and toilet supply lines and valves with pex.
Vinyl plank floor on all floors.
Bathroom partially painted and tub/sink coated with about 4 layers of Rustoleum tub amp;tile.
New Bath faucet.
Gas wall heater works, fridge/freezer works, gas water heater works not original , AC works not original .
Stove top, oven, furnace has not been used and needs tested.
It is parked and used in Circleville Ohio at a RV park and has not been towed for over 15 years. Can been seen by appointment, as the campground is private.
You will need to take complete responsibility for moving it. I am not going to get involved in towing/shipping/moving etc.
I have had it only a few months. I bought it from a friend who owned it and used it every season for the past 15 years. We had some family changes so I am no longer going to use this.
