Please, would someone tell us what the word, NULL, means when printed in an ad on Airstream Classifieds?

The database where the ads are stored has fields for year, length, model, condition, etc. If someone didn't put in a length, then there is no entry in the database. So the software that creates the headline for the ad asks the database for year, model, and length...but the database replies "NULL" where there is no value.
