Mr Paul,
The easiest way is to replace the existing brakes with either Kodiak or Dexter. Be advised that if you have the original aluminum wheels, they will not fit over the Kodiak calipers, I don't know about the Dexter. New brake lines and a new electric over hydraulic actuator.
