..... and selling at crazy high prices. Whatever $30K would have gotten you a couple years ago, $45K will get you today. (at least that's how it looks watching what's going on ....).

No, this can't go on forever. It's gone on *way* longer than some predicted it would. It's a good bet that things will slow down some in February (if you shop up north). Will they be as nutty price wise next summer? Only time will tell.
