Maybe you fridge won't light on gas. I understand Dometic no longer makes this re igniter for my 6 year old RM 2510 5 cu ft refrigerator. My fridge would spark continuously when switched to gas. I thought it should only spark when I pressed the ignite button, so I figured the re igniter module was defective. Camping World said Dometic no longer supports my fridge with parts. I searched and searched and finally found this one one bay at a high 250. But a new fridge is about 1700. So I purchased it. I installed it and the dang thing does the same thing, sparks continuously.
Upon further research, I leaned it is supposed to do this. It stops sparking once the thermocouple gets hot and maintains gas flow according to the thermostat setting.
Now I want to recover my purchase and offer this rare item for sale here on Airforums Classified. You may need one or know someone who does.
