I purchased this Globetrotter in August of 2020 from Vogt RV in Fort Worth, TX. I put a deposit on it a couple of months in advance of its delivery as finding this particular model even back then was not easy. Since its purchase last August the trailer has been little used and by me camping alone, I have spent 34 nights on seven trips in the trailer with all but 3 of those being in the 4 corners area of KS, OK, MO, AR . One trip in the fall was taken to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park.
The 3 year transferrable warranty did not start until delivery in August so this trailer will be protected for a while into the future. Also, unlike a brand new unit this one has been on its "shakedown cruise" and all the bugs have been dealt with it's perfect.
Selling to raise some needed cash for a upcoming home purchase that wasn't anticipated. It's unfortunate as this is a spectacular trailer that has fulfilled every expectation I had of it. At every Airstream dealer someone says that this is the trailer they plan to buy one day.
The trailer looks and smells like it's brand new, and everything on it works perfectly. There is no damage whatsoever inside or out. I am retired military and kept this trailer looking the boots on a drill sergeant. The trailer has the Convection oven and 90watt Solar Package, both work great. I also purchased and had installed a Fiamma 2 Bike Rack which you can see in the photos. I have babied this trailer in the short time I have owned it, was planning to keep it much longer. The trailer is now and has been since late September locked inside a 43' x 12' x 12' secure storage unit in Pittsburg, Kansas. I have put two coats of hand applied paste wax on the trailer in the 6 mos. I have owned it, the second one being just before I put it away. I winterized the trailer even though it's indoors with a high quality RV anti freeze solution and it now sits out of the sun and well protected.
The 2021 price for this trailer is 99,300 which does not include the 2.1k for the solar and 475. for the convection oven, and just under 1000. for the bike rack. I'm selling the trailer for 92k as I am also including a near new Blue Ox SwayPro trailer hitch that has worked great along with a lot of essential support items everyone would have to buy..
This trailer has only been pulled with my truck, a 2019 Quad Cab Heavy Duty Ram Cummins 2500, 4x4. It's a beautiful truck with only 18.5k miles on it. The engine is 6.7 Liter Turbocharged Diesel that would pull 3 of my Globetrotters end to end across the Rockies. I mention this because I am selling the truck as well on a vehicle site but thought I would share it here as well. It can be seen in the pics. I would sell the two together for a discounted price.
