Our 2021 Basecamp20X, Red Rock interior is basically like all others, Interiorly no major changes or upgrades. All systems function normal with no repairs in plumbing or electrical, tankless water heater functions very well as well as the furnace funcations very well/, microwave Contoure functions very well along with the fridge/freezer, basically interior is in excellent condition. Exteriorly very minor small dings on the road guards, propane bottles secured well, and propane regulator functions very well, matching spare tire Goodyear Wrangler Dur Trac never used, with no tire issues on trailer, no leaks from tanks underneath, no issues with all plumbing underneath the trailer, at time of purchase April 9, 2021 manual hitch was replaced with electric hitch, as well as Weight Distribution Equalizer hitch installed. No water leaks on the roof, solar panels firmly secured 180 Watts, 90 per panel , meets our needs, Roof AC firmly secured as well, with no water leaks from the roof, entry side door secures well with locking mechanism and deadbolt, reardoor secures well with no water leaks to report. Overall we feel our BaseCamp20X is in excellent shape and its currently stored in a metal carport cover next to our garage and using the shoreline plugged into our home switch outlet. Available with the BaseCamp 20X, we're providing longer sewer hose 15' , 25' heated water hose, never used, 25' extension shoreline, power surge protector, dog bone 50A to 30A, assorted wheel chocks, Roughly estimating 10K miles of usage on the trailer, no pets, we're non smokers.
