Due to our health issues for last four years, it has had very little use.
No hail damage, all exterior hatch covers and locks are intact and operational and the entrance door has no issues, works as it should. New Michelin tires were installed in June 2024. All seams and rivets were inspected in October 2023.
The fantastic fan works as it should and a cover has been installed.
It has an electric awning with controls inside the door to control slant and it works as it should. Manual awnings are over rear and street side of trailer along the full length.
The awning has LED lights for use in the evenings, along with a lighted door handle and doorbell. There is also a patio light and a door light to help illuminate your seating area outside.
When you step inside, the super soft couch with two built in recliners. The couch is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. On the curbside of the trailer is a comfortable and spacious dinette with room for 4 adults. The table is electric for adjusting to a height that fits you best and lowers to become a roomy twin bed. The additional Cushions are in excellent condition and have never been used. The twin beds in the bedroom are adjustable .We have installed cast iron grates on the gas stove top and greatly increases the functionality of the stove. We installed a new more adjustable faucet with a spray hose. The control for the Level Pro leveling system we have installed is along wall above TV. The Alde was recently serviced in June 2024 at Truma in Elkhart, IN. The whole system was inspected and new glycol installed, so it is good for another two years.
As a precaution no issues we had all overhead cabinets and the kitchen sink reinforced. The refrigerator is original and operates on propane or electric. For additional storage and increased efficiency we have installed on one side of the large hall closet, an Elfa drawer system.
This CLASSIC has 50 amp electric service and comes with two factory installed 80 watt solar panels. The batteries are original and are AGMs. A new converter was installed in October of 2023. It is lithium battery capable if you should so desire. A new inverter was purchased, but we have not been able to install it.
It has two air conditioners which we have installed each with MicroAir Easy starts, which allow us to run both air conditioners when on 30 amp power. It has two 40 lb. Propane tanks in very good condition.
We have had no water leaks, damage, mold or mildew detected anywhere.
This trailer comes with the Equalizer weight distribution hitch for safe towing. We have installed a 3 lift kit. This work was done at Jackson Center, OH, Airstream service center. This was installed in March 2020. We have found this to be a definite benefit.
Axles, bearings and brakes were inspected and new tires installed in June 2024 at Jackson Center, OH along with an overall inspection and necessary maintenance. All outside running lights are running as normal.

We purchased it used in 2019. Original owner stored covered and we have stored in our garage full time. It has never been stored outside. We are selling due to health issues.
