Everything pictured is included in the selling price. The basecamp models have two exterior tents acting as two additional rooms on the camper, included with the selling price.
As pictured, the unit has a king size bed that can be broken down into bench style seating with tables. Ours comes with a custom mattress in addition to the stock padding. It has a small kitchenette with big picture windows, and an air conditioner / heater combo. It is built to go off grid, powered by solar panels.
