This is a real beauty! This 22FB Sport has been completely upgraded. It comes with microwave/convection oven and 2 burner gas cooktop. It has a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is plenty of storage and hanging space. This desirable floor plan has a queen bed in the front. The dining upholstery is newer black ultra leather in excellent condition. The dining area can be converted into a 38 x 74 sleeping area. Also included are a custom hitch and anti sway bars. It includes a custom fit reversible queen mattress, mattress pad, custom fit sheets and bedspread all of which are new. All of the curtains (including privacy curtain) are custom made, pleated and completely new. The refrigerator and air conditioning unit are one year old. Tires are one year old with about a 1000 miles on them. New LED lighting updated through out. Brakes/bearing checked in 2016. Water heater serviced late 2016. Water system checked 2017. This is a non smoking unit and pet free. It is easily towed by a mid sized SUV or pick up. The ultra light weight of the trailer makes for easy towing at highway speeds. The trailer has only been used for a total of 15 days in the last 12 months.
