2011 Airstream International Serenity 28’
Airy, bright and lovingly maintained in great shape 2011 Airstream International Serenity. Mostly aluminum interior with the Christopher Deem cream, mint-green, soy-brown color scheme features bamboo-inspired opaque cabinet doors and windows. Cream curtains and lampshades. Lounge and dining areas look through front panoramic windows.
Outside specs: Solar panels on roof supplement AC and DC battery power. Outside 18’ Zip-Dee Patio retractable awning. Stone guards/protectors on front corners to prevent road rock damage. Cable and satellite-ready with retractable rooftop TV antenna, Wineguard Carryout portable antenna for Dish Network, AM/FM/DVD/CD controller receiver, Flatscreen 27” HD TV, and 6.5” 2-way speakers with active subwoofer. Included is the sway control towing system that makes towing a breeze. Electric hitch jack with 4 stabilizer jacks, and Equal-i-zer Sway Control companion hitch for truck. Travel trailer includes 12” electric drum brakes, exterior shower, new exterior steps, and exterior power plug.
Inside Specs: There is a 15,000 A/C with heat pump and a liquid propane furnace with central thermostat temperature panel that controls them both. A 39-gallon fresh water tank, 35-gallon black and 37-gallon gray tanks and a liquid propane furnace for the chilly days.
Beauflor Jute flooring (no carpets), LED lighting throughout, two overhead Fantastic fans with rain sensors and skylights, walk-around 60” x 75” Queen bed and mattress with storage underneath. Dinette table measures 39” x 76” and converts to a single bed. L-shaped Lounge is 44” x 80” and converts to a separate full bed. Interior shower with fan, separate bathroom with sink, toilet, large mirror and overhead and under sink storage. Kitchen has a 3-burner cooktop convection/microwave oven and range hood with vent and light. Also a 7 CF electric/propane gas refrigerator/freezer. New latches and hinges throughout. Removable storage bins in many of the cabinets. Closet and storage space abounds.
Cosmetic issues: The trailer has a relatively small dent on one corner of the outside rear upper panel and a scratch just below the awning. Upholstery is well-worn and we haven’t replaced it because most people like to choose their own colors and fabrics if getting it reupholstered.
All systems working and checked at the Shoreview Airstream dealership in 2016 and rig was stored inside for the winter.
