I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
This is an amazing 2007 Airstream Safari 75th Anniversary Model. There are 27 feet of comfort and well thought out amenities: Queen walk around bed, bathroom with separate shower, hot and cold running water, air conditioning, propane and reverse cycle heating, AND Total Solar Power. This unit has had over $12,000 spent on solar panels, and all the electronics needed for safe, efficient, comfortable and Free electricity from the sun. We have used it extensively and it works great! What fun it is to be able to go where other RVers cannot go because you have unlimited power.
I pull this with my Mercedes 350 ML, but other SUVs and pick ups will pull it just fine. It has been well maintained and is ready to go on the road. I will also include some nice extras like a weight distribution hitch, tire pressure monitoring system, electrical cables and a nice bottle of our home made red wine. (If you're not into Red, OK. I'll buy a case of your favorite brew)
My wife and I think of it as a perfect romantic mobile condo for two adults. If you are still nurturing young ones there are beds for six and room for a few dogs on the floor! Where there are kids, there seem to be dogs.
The kitchen is well thought out and has a propane stove, microwave, fridge and plenty of storage. The fridge is a nice big one and will hold so much stuff you won't be able to find the pickles.
It takes less than a half hour to get set up, put out the awning and chairs and enjoy the sunset over the Blue Ridge or where ever you land for the day.
