2005 Airstream Land Yacht 33 Workhorse P32 Chassis with 8.1L Vortec Workhorse Chevy Big Block Engine. 4L85E 4 Speed GM Automatic Transmission. Heavy duty cooling with engine oil cooler and transmission oil cooler. 51,856 Miles on the rig. I am the third owner and the rig has been very well taken care of. Interior remodel just now getting the finishing touches. 2 Roof Air Conditioning units in good working condition. Front unit is newer and rear works like new. This rig has a 30 Amp Service but both air units can be ran at the same time when connected to the 30 amp service and a 110v standard outlet. Both also run off the generator at the same time. Full Paint fiberglass in very good condition. Some small paint blemishes, here and there. Electric and heated mirrors and backup camera.
Chassis Maintenance/Upgrades
4 Wheel Disc Anti Lock Brakes Front Disc Pads were recently replaced and rotors turned. Rear disc pads have lots of life left in them.
Front Wheel Bearings Packed and new font wheel seals.
New Front Coil Springs with new Coil Helper Air Bags.
New Front Upper and Lower Ball Joints with new Sway Bar bushings.
Front and Rear shocks are 2 years old.
Transmission serviced at 50,000 miles with GM Synthetic transmission fluid and new filter.
Engine has been regularly serviced with Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil.
Dual Exhaust in good shape.
New park brake 2 years ago and upgraded Ultra Stop Park Brake Controller was installed. The controller was recently updated with a new circuit board and pressure switch for an even smoother operation.
Automatic 4 way Hydraulic Leveling System in good working order. New pump motor this year.
Rear differential oil changed at 50,000 miles to Amsoil Synthetic Gear Oil.
Cummins Onan Gas 5500 Generator with 1040 hours and recently serviced with new synthetic oil and oil filter, new spark plugs, new fuel filter plus new air filter. New Fuel Line.
New Radiator hoses and all new heavy duty heater hose to front and rear heater cores.
New 150,000 mile Prestone Engine Coolant.
New Spark Plugs and Spark Plug Wires.
New Duracell Gel Battery in June, 2020.
Front LED Headlights and Front LED Turn Signal Lights for better vision and visibility.
Michelin Tires all around replaced in 2015 but the front two are just now starting to show a bit of weather cracking. Will be replacing soon.
New Radio in August, 2020.

6 Gallon Water Heater, both 110V and Gas, recently serviced with new Gas Valve.
New Jack Knife Sofa and Desk with extra cabinets installed in place of the old dinette set.
Furnace cleaned and works perfectly with an upgraded digital thermostat.
Coach windows are all Dual Pane Thermal and all were recently cleaned between the panes and resealed.

Microwave/Convection Oven was changed out for a Convection Toaster Oven.
New Dometic Refrigerator in July, 2020. Works on Electric and Gas.

Rig has a 4,000.00 Direct TV Satellite System but I have never used it.
