2004 Airstream Classic 31 - Vermont

Title: 2004 Airstream Classic 31 - Vermont
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

Our 2004 31' Classic is for sale and we lowered the price and would like to see someone how appreciates Airstreams be the new owner . We are the third owner and have all the manuals, the original bed cover and pillow shams (in great condition) that came with it. The drapes have been cleaned and are perfect as well. We have replaced the microwave, toilet, and removed the carpet and put down vinyl tile. The mattress is very firm and comfortable with no stains, the awnings all around are blue sunbrella and in great condition. The whole unit was pressure tested for leaks a couple of years ago at a dealership and only a couple of rivets showed any signs of air escape and they were resealed at that time. The unit tows like a dream with the Hensley hitch which will be part of the deal . There is also a 30' extension cord, sewer hoses, batteries, 2 Airstream folding chairs, etc that will be included. All dishes, pots and pans and living necessities including a self-contained ice maker can be included (at no addition cost) if the buyer would like.
The tires are 3 years old and have approximately 8000 miles on them. The brakes were check and the wheel bearing were also cleaned and repacked when the tires were replaced.
This unit does not have a booth table but instead side tables that extend in front of the couch this allows for more floor space and a nice storage cabinet and microwave built in at chest height. The TV is mounted on a multi-position arm and there is a little electric fireplace built into the cabinet below. It does a nice job of heating the living-room area on cool evenings.
As for flaws there are a couple of imperfections in the skin from minor mishaps, a little of the clear coat is pealing on the upper corner caps( I have the clear coat from Airstream ) to re-coat those areas.
The only other thing I can think of is not all the functions on the system monitoring panel read out accurately.
This is a nice unit and we're selling as our lifestyle has change and we just don't have the time to use it any more. We will consider all reasonable offers that reflect the value of this American icon.
You can contact us by filling in the form on the right hand column of the ad listing:
