There is a reason why this trailer is priced $10k less than similar models. Needs resealing, has some water damage to under flooring.
The leaking came from a failure to properly maintain the seals on the roof and rear bumper. We'd have to remove the flooring to determine the extent of the damage to the sub-flooring; rather than doing that I've I priced the trailer under the assumption that all sub flooring needs to be replaced. Some warping is visible by the front door and under the rear desk. The trailer is absolutely usable now, but something will need to be done about the flooring soon enough.
