I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Airstream Classic with Slideout. I am told this is one of only 84 made by Airstream. Of all recent Airstream TT, the Slideouts will be a model that will appreciate over the years. We have never had a problem with the SO. I had this advertised earlier this year but the buyer did not follow through with financing. We removed the front sofa and replaced it with a Lazyboy love seat recliner. Your choice to put the original sleeper sofa back in and add extra sleeping and sitting capacity or keep the Lazyboy loveseat recliners. It has new black and gray water valves. The inside is in excellent condition, however there is some worn carpet on one side of the bed. The queen mattress is a full size queen not the shorter Airstream queen with rounded corners. It has new Michelin tires less than 2 years old and a Pro Pride hitch which stays with the Airstream. The tires have remote pressure monitoring (Truck System Technology (TST) to tell you where the air in your tires is low or the temperature is too high. This capability also tells you if one of your brakes is seizing by heating up the brakes and consequently the tires. It also has Centramatic wheel hub balancers that keep the wheel hub assembly in balance while you are driving. The slide out and stabilizers work fine with no problems. Awnings are in good shape.
The bad part is that the previous owner backed into the drivers side with his truck and dented the front. It is repairable and I have a $3000 estimate from Foley to fix. Also there is filiform corrosion present that I am currently treating. We also have a 2013 AI and would like to buy a 23' FB or 25" to tow behind the AI. I would consider trade for a 23' FB or 25". Make an offer.
