Shes a super clean unit, non smoker and No pets, looks as if the range was never used.New tires, New batteries,New hard wood floors, satellite dish on roof, awnings all the way around, and updated LED lights. Trailer sustained damage to the right rear quarter panel, NO frame damage just cosmetics. This unit is ideal for a handyman/bodyman or do it yourselfer. I'm selling it in AS-IS condition and i have no estimates on the repair costs. The trailer is towable and i can deliver it anywhere in the US for $1.25 per mile.
