OUR MODIFICATIONS/UPGRADES:
4 new tires, June 2015. Spare tire 2013.
Interior ceiling lights upgraded to LED.
New Dometic® porcelain toilet, June 2015.
Brakes replaced 2013.
Upgraded electric tongue jack 2013 (Bulldog 3500# w/manual crank override).
Upgraded 2 ceiling fans 2013 (MaxxFan®, thermo-controlled, remote, rain sensor).
Replaced sleeper sofa with custom dinette/lounge w/storage base. Easily converts to queen bed. Upholstered with Sunbrella® indoor/outdoor fabric.
Refinished cabinets/counters for a clean look.
Replaced kitchen/bath faucets with modern fixtures + countertop soap dispensers.
2 wall-mounted flat-screen TVs (one in front lounge, one in rear bedroom).
Minor issues of note: (happy to email photos of these)
Typical gravel dings on segment protectors. Previous owner left a dent in one.
Previous owner also cracked the front window rock guard, but their repair held up.
One dent in belly pan from a jack (can’t blame the previous owner for that one!)
The kitchen sink enamel has recently started flaking.
