Title: 2001 Airstream Safari 25 - Missouri
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Up for sale 2001 Airstream Safari Travel Trailer 70th Year Anniversary Edition, 25 Feet long and 6300 LBS. This is bumper pull ball size hitch 2 5/16 inch. This trailer can sleep up to 5 people, and it has lots of storage and space inside, tows well, just bought a set of brand new Good Year Endurance 4 tires.
This trailer was purchased from an insurance company therefore carries salvage title. Trailer was sold with hail damage. There is a fe insignificant hail dings on the top of the roof(See pics) as well as a few on the left front corner side, otherwise its pretty clean unit with its normal wear and tear for being 18 years old, it looks very well.
Upon purchasing the trailer we installed new tires and had it towed down to St.Louis Missouri from St.Paul Minnesota. Trailer tows great, no issues, we usually always buy new set of tires for campers, just to be sure it will do well in cross country trips if it have to. There also was two air vents lids cracked when we purchased it as AC cover was missing. We replaced it all with brand new parts from local Airstream dealer. There was some rain in to the roof air vents (14x14 size) inside, when we bought it trailer has plastic over the carpet, so it protected carpet from damage. Carpet is ok, however if new owner wants most of the trailer now days are getting either laminate or linoleum flooring done, for easy to used and take care of the floor. Trailer inside is in very clean used condition, non-smoking and no pets interior, appliances are pretty clean and fridge is clean.
New owner will be pleased with this camper, with a few minor things to get it done this camper will be a great unit, if someone does not care too much about minor hail dings.
