1999 Airstream Excella 30 foot travel trailer, tows easily with Hensley hitch. This model has rear queen, split center bath, expanded front desk, flat screen tv, dinette and 4 Zip Dee awnings. Laminate flooring.

Original 3 burner stove, refrigerator, propane furnace, catalytic heater, AC with heat pump, fm radio with cassette player, solar panels, two 30 lb. aluminum propane tanks.



Inverter and microwave replaced 2011. 4 AGM batteries under sofa. Tires replaced 7/19. Upgraded LED taillights.

Price reflects water damage repairs needed to rear street side bedroom floor and walls. Floor appears dry since I sealed seams on that side a year ago.

Additional 2 photos added show damage to floor. Gloss is epoxy and wood hardener and not wet floor.

Hi Phil,
I can take pictures tomorrow in the daylight. Damage is visible on soft floor. Unknown damage behind walls or under floor.

Hi Phil, I just added two photos of the floor damage. Gloss is from epoxy and wood hardener and not water.
