We are the third owners. The second owner used it just a couple weeks a year for conferences and had it towed into the forest in Washington. It still had atleast half the tire tread on the original tires when we bought it in Dec2006. We added a new AC/heatpumpdue tolack of and new control module. New aluminum rims and Goodyear tires 2 yrs old. New dual oversize AGM #31 batteries two yrs. Just had front and rear upper center aluminum stripped of lettering and numbers and sanded smooth and reclear coat. Inside is very clean with queen bed in rear, center shower bathroom, convection/microwave, two door frig,3-burner stove, A/C heatpump and furnace, booth dining, credenze with 26-inch flatpanel,couch, two pull-up tables, all new fan blades in living and bath, plus fantastic fan in bed, excellent awnings(blue), all around, solar window guards (right one new), rock guards,dual aluminum propane, rear bumper, propane lid,and hot water heater door refinished.Just spent two weeks in Yuma and everything is in excellent working order. Less than 50K miles.
