Sadly, we are selling our 1998 Excella 1000 31’. It was intended to be our full time home, however life (and a baby!) got in the way, and so we are going to pass it along to its next home.

Here is a list of items that I had originally planned to do, but have decided to hold off since we are selling. The new owners may prefer to go in a different direction, and it doesn't make sense to spend the time or money to do before then.
New paint on interior (white throughout)
New flooring
Stain and painting the dinette/bed (see pics)
New curtains
I AM planning to take care of the following prior to sale:
New inverter
New mattresses for the twin beds
New sensors and panel for tanks
New overhead lights
