The trailer is in very good condition and has been well maintained. I have lived in it for about 2 months while my home was being sold. Everything is working well and you may check everything out. It is currently set up in Clarcona Resort on a deeded RV lot in Apopka, FL. The lot is also available for purchase for $5,500 and includes an 8' x 10' shed. The HOA for the Resort is only $117 per month so it is perfect for a second base of operations for all those poor souls desiring a respite from the cold. I’ve read on the forum that the 1996 Airstream Classic had problems with the ceilings. Something about the glue holding it in place. Some said they paid up to $1,400 to have it removed and recovered. I noticed the ceiling on yours had some type divots in place. Has this worked ?
