I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
A modern cabin on wheels! This airstream has been extensively remodeled and modified with an open and modern interior and enough solar and tank capacity to expand your camping opportunities.
With only 5,500 lbs GVWR she’s easy to tow, and the dual axles provide additional safety (hard to find on a trailer of this length!). The storage tanks provide remarkable capacity (50 gallon fresh, 23 gallon black tank, and 35 gallon grey tank) for a trailer of this size (a new Airstream has tanks about half this size), allowing for more time between dumping. To further add to the independence and flexibility of this Airstream we added 300 Watts of solar, with 200 Amp-hours of top of the line Lifeline AGM batteries, a Blue Sky solar controller and remote meter, and a Samlex inverter!
The interior has been transformed in to an elegant and open space with an L-shaped couch and greatly extended counter space. The living area feels open and bright, with plenty of room for setting out a yoga mat on the floor! Simple and elegant features like magnets sewn in to the curtains for closure and storage add functionality without clutter.
The exterior is in great shape, and although she has some scuff marks and dimples, the clear coat is in great shape and the entire trailer has been pressure-tested for leaks.
