I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
This unit is good to very good condition. We have replaced the carpet with laminated flooring. While the carpet was removed, we sanitized the subfloor and overlaid luan before the floor installation. The wall coverings were also steam cleaned and sanitized. A new battery charger and monitory system was installed; one window replaced and original lighting replaced with LEDs. We purchased this unit through this site and paid $12,000 and completed approximately $3000 in improvements. The refrigerator is not working. We have not used the furnace and, accordingly, please assume it is not working. The unit has been under cover since we acquired it. The gel coat is pealing in places. Photos to follow.
