1993 AIRSTREAM EXCELLA CLASSIC 30' TRAILER

The trailer's exterior includes: rock guards in front, awnings all around, and hitch with weight bar distribution. The tires are about 5 years old and kept covered when not in use. The black water tank valve was replaced in 2025. There is a cosmetic scratch/dent along the exterior of the side of the coach. Exterior marker and brake lights are LED bulbs.

Inside the trailer's heating system was just serviced and the fresh water tank was replaced May 2025 . The front couch and dinette have been re upholstered 2024 amp; 2022 . All cabinets are factory oak hardwood, many with newer handles. The hot water heater is both gas and electric as is the refrigerator. The stove has 4 burners and the trailer is equipped with a micro wave/convection oven never used the convection feature . The lighting was upgraded to LED bulbs, with a strip LED over the galley. USB ports were added to the front and rear living areas.

The camper sized queen sized bed has been extended for taller people and the mattress has a foam topper. The bath has a new Thedford toilet 2024 . Both shower and bathroom vent fans were replaced in 2024.

Interior comfort includes a propane gas furnace, a roof air conditioner and 2 fantastic fans. Fans were rebedded in 2024. The windows have both shades and curtains.
