The trailer is in good condition. Everything works, although the furnace is noisy on start up if it hasn't been used regularly. This is a pretty common issue "furnace squeal" with Suburban furnaces. I believe it needs a new blower motor. It has a new microwave. The sub floors are solid. There is a dimple in the right rear quarter. The insufferable sleep sofa, aka 'goucho' bed, was removed in favor of matching club chairs. I haven't towed it. If I were pulling this any distance, I would probably replace the tires. We used it for weekends while our home was being built, then as guest quarters. The trailer has an Incinolet toilet, which requires electricity, but not water or septic. It could be replaced with a regular RV toilet. Also included are rockguards for the front panoramic window, as well as a WDH.
PS the trailer is located in Dixon, 25 minutes south of Taos.
