I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Price reduced! Selling our 1991 Airstream Land Yacht. This 30' motorhome is based on a GM P30 chassis with a 7.4 Liter fuel-injected engine and TH400 3-speed automatic transmission. 90,000 miles. 4000 watt Onan generator.
The transmission was professionally rebuilt (August 2018) and has a three year, 36,000 mile warranty. All 6 new tires (November 2017).
New waterproof vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint throughout living space (July 2018).
New carrier bearing, U-joints, rear pinion seal (November 2017).
New parking brake shoes (August 2018).
Full bath with shower (everything works well).
Queen-size bed.
RV is fully contained with clean, gray, and black tanks.
Built-in propane tank and 30 amp electrical hook-up.
4-burner propane stove.
Microwave and convection oven.
Full refrigerator and freezer (electric and propane).
Hot water heater (propane).
Lots of very clean cabinet space!
Cedar linen closet.
New flat screen 24" TV with built-in DVD player.
Electric automatic entry step.
Compartment lighting.
Living space air conditioner/auxiliary heat.
Propane furnace.
Exhaust fans in bedroom, bathroom, and main living area.
Room darkening curtains throughout living area and bedroom.
Not perfect, but very functional.
The dash air conditioning does not work, needs a high pressure hose replaced to troubleshoot further.
The generator works but needs serviced, parts have been purchased, will include in sale.
The awning is in good shape, mechanism needs some tlc, new knobs purchased, will include in sale. Extension arm needs to be reinstalled. Previous owner removed, extension arm is currently in bedroom closet.
There are signs of leakage in the past. The bedroom ceiling has some water lines on the fabric and there is some delamination in the walls that indicate some past leakage. We have had it out in some heavy rain and it stayed dry, we have owned since last October.
Coach air conditioning works well, but fan motor mount bushings are worn, so the motor is a little noisy.
Priced fairly to reflect the character of the coach, not perfect but very functional.
