New HD trailer tires , spare tire (used) , all appliances are good and have replaced the originals. Heater,central (Suburban Gas) , refrigerator(Dometic RM2820, 8CF, A/C (Coleman 13,500 BTU, Super A/C & heater. Have mfg's. manual. Has a rear roof mounted, power air circulator...has a temperature controller with high and low speeds. Also has a add on Catalytic HD propane heater in addition to the Suburban factory heating system. Very hot and good for cold country.

Original queen bed has been replaced with rear twin beds. TV set included as shown in picture. Interior is a 9 on the 10 scale. Tanks have been worked on recently and both work as they should. Porcelain commode, not plastic. Stand up shower stall with a built in seat.

Three awnings, two full length sides, and one rear window . Two new Marine (10/13), group 24 deep cycle batteries, 690 cold crank power.

WD tow hitch included. Includes wheel chocks, a wheel ramp for changing a flat tire and leveling ramps for each side. (2).

Trailer still for sale? Does it have any damage to the exterior? WD comes with it?

No major damage to exterior, there is a small dent on roof top where someone stepped. Still for sale.

I have lowered price to $12500. (firm),due to research and two faults that may or may not want to be addressed by a buyer.

Fault #1. The main awning has threads that parted on one sown seam. It was repaired successfully with clear canvas tape. That was done in January of this year and has held up OK.

FAULT #2. The TV junction plate that you plug the TV cables into needs replacing. It broke and I just run a cable direct from the RV park connector through a opening to my TV's. I also have a Direct TV dish, tripod antennae that can go with the trailer if wanted.
I also run the cable direct and by pass the trailer inside connection.

Hope I described that OK.

What is "WD"? Washer/Dryer? No washer/dryer.

Just found out what "WD" means. Yes , WD hitch or load distribution hitch and ball comes with unit.
