Individual selling 1989 Land Yacht at our Mancelona Michigan Park and Sell lot.
Has great body, interior took some minor water leak damage at sometime in its history before we received it, front door must have been left open at one time leaving first 6 inches of floor entrance soft, rest of entire floor throughout is solid. Has carpet and furniture stains, wall paper wrinkles in some areas, and linoleum is cracked;(See Pics). However all things considered the interior still shows well inside.
The shell of this is in great condition for its age and all seams have been resealed on the roof as shown in pictures and the roof does not currently leak, so the source of all the minor damage shown in pictures has been resolved.
Everything works except furnace kicks off after a few minutes running, we are looking into that but figure that in as not working properly if you are interested in this trailer.
Has nice large working fridge and freezer, ice cold air, and all plumbing is in working order and holding tanks are good. Awning in great shape and works as it should.
