I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Improvements/Upgrades: Water Heater, furnace board & regulator, RM 2620 refrigerator (gas/electric), PD 9260cv converter, 2 SRM-27 interstate batteries, recovered couch, Dometic A/C w heat strip and new pan, Thetford toilet, LG TV
Features: Twin beds w night stand between them, front panoramic windows w rock guards, couch converts to bed w full length pull out drawer underneath, microwave, cb radio, vent covers, 30 gallon aluminum propane tanks, pull out pantry, folding door at bedroom, awning works and fabric in good shape w few tree sap spots, Reese hitch and sway bar included, all pots, pans, dishes, silverware & bedding stay with trailer. No pets, birds etc have ever been in trailer.
Issues: Trailer has been sitting at same site for twenty years. Took the trailer to Airstream Jackson Center where they replaced the complete brake assembly. Towed trailer back to Penn Wood Airstream Park in Limestone, PA and it has sit there since. The stove has rust under the burners but oven has never been used. Needs new tires. Hole in rub rail on street side has leaked into floor under front arm rest and caused small hole in floor.
Remedy: Asking $17,000.00 for this trailer in excellent condition. Will reduce price on trailer so buyer can replace items as follows; New tires & Chrome wheels "Endurance" Item # 109350-03 from Airstream $1284.00. New Stove with oven from Airstream $595.00. Local repair man to fix hole in floor $250 to $300 (he retired) but Airstream may be up to $1000.00. Allowance for Do It your self caulking on rub rail $200.00.
