Some end cap damage, the flip down stairwell ,we know how everyone feels about them. I use a separate step for stability. The deadbolt works, the door pull inop. I've been looking for years for an original part. Replacement entry kit is available.
Click floor replaced a few years ago.2 small awnings are fine, main awning need restitching on outboard end. I use it partially rolled up and it is serviceable.
