These are the items that have been updated replaced The frig has been replaced, the Carrier 15,000 BTU A/C with heater pump, the hot water heater, the charger/ inverter, curtains, two Fantastic fans, all outside running lites, 4 aluminum wheels, fresh water tank, shocks, tires, all interior lites, shower wane, all sink Faucets in bathroom and kitchen, rock guard for front of Airstream unit, two propane tanks, the front tongue was completely repainted 4 layers with POR treatment ..the unit was completely stripped and polish more than 10 yrs ago but still looks good. 4 new tires with less than 700 miles on them.
