Title: 1983 Airstream Excella 31 - Utah
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
This has been my full-time home for the past 4+ years while attending med school in Oregon. I am very motivated to move this! Asking Price $9,800 OBO, feel free to make any offer.

This is a 1983 Excella (30ft) I purchased from the original owner in 2012 and renovated it in 2014 through the Airstream shop in Salt Lake City, we put over $15k into at that time. Everything is in working order.
On the renovation the entire subfloor was replaced. New plumbing throughout, including a new water heater and pump. Kitchen was completely replaced. Everything in the bathroom with the exception of the shower bin was replaced (there was no need to replace it). New electrical inverter installed, although we did not remove the wall panels or replace the wiring (it all works fine though). Bamboo flooring was installed as well. There is an extending ikea desk in the “study area” with a wall mount for TV/computers (it easily held my 30lb+ iMac)
AC/Heating: the AC unit works well. There is a propane powered furnace with the original 2 aluminum tanks.
It comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The bed is full size, memory foam. We built a trunk type system for it to lift up and have extra storage underneath. The futon in the front is from ikea and folds out for extra sleeping space.
There are a few loose ends: there are a few spots of light wiring that I never got around to finding the fixtures I wanted to install (shown in pictures. On the center ceiling strip we removed old nasty wallpaper and I started to cover it with aluminum sheeting, but ran out of material only got about 1/3 of it complete (also in pics). By the desk/study area There are speaker wires coming out of the wall that I kept in place that connect to speakers in the four corners of the interior, I kept them in place to the keep the wire lines, but never got around to installing a speaker receiver.
There is a dent in the top front road side corner from a falling branch. I’m told it should be a simple fix, but I haven’t attempted to fix on my own.
Included is the heavy duty towing kit, with hitch and sway bars.
Exterior: Tires are in excellent condition and the axles were signed off by the airstream guys. I hauled this all around Oregon and never had a single problem. It tows very smoothly.
The trailer is parked in Provo, and I would be willing to work an arrangement for delivery as well.
