when we got it it was gutted and sat on P.O. property for many years I took a year to restore / customize for our family to camp. During 2016 to 17 we replaced damn near everything electric, plumbing wood floor adding bunks and partitions kitchen cabinets to suit our needs, obtained slightly used ac and two way refrigerator and bought everything else new

We reenforced front fork and rear frame with extra steel

new weight distribution hitch with anti sway bars
We’ve taken it on a cross country trips it towed great with our f150 and even better with our new 250 , 75 mph no problems no sway, very comfortable camping easy to fit in any campsite
Selling it to upgrade to a class A diesel pusher. Asking $12500
