Selling a 31' vintage 1978 airstream excella trailer. One owner, been well loved and used but still in good shape! Water tight, systems all work, ready to hit the road and take you on your next adventure.
The good :
Water tight, vents recently resealed
Propane and 12v/shore power electric systems operational, including solar panel and new 2022 batteries and 1000 watt inverter.
Many lights have been converted to energy saving leds. All manuals, including improvements, included.
Hot water heater, water pump, propane heater, propane lamp, freezer all working great. Shower, sinks, toilet all in good working order.
Includes comfortable full size mattress and ikea bed frame
Original 1970s decor and furnishings, ready to use or gut them and remodel
New propane regulator and hose on outside
Tires, frame, and aluminum in good shape. Awnings mostly in good shape, some seams have disintegrated but fabric looks good
The less good :
A bit scratch and dent, see the 2 worst spots on the last pics. Blue trim on outside is peeling. Some of the cabinet covers are falling apart, others just fine. Water tight and sealed, and frame is in good shape!
Freezer works but refrigerator doesn't work very well
Windows are a bit warped and clouded, some more than others. Operational and mostly water tight though.
Includes 2 original aluminum propane tanks, but they leak when connected. Need to be replaced, or nozzles may be able to be replaced
Electric motor for lifting and lowering tongue currently not operational, probably an easy fix but i haven't figured it out. Easy to do with the hand crank.
